Mary E. Wilkinson (1931-2021)

     Mary E. Wilkinson of Chappell, Nebraska passed away on Monday, April 19, 2021, on her 90th birthday, at the Sedgwick County Hospital in Julesburg, Colorado.
     Memorial Graveside Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Mountain Time on Friday, June 4, 2021 at the Chappell City Cemetery in Chappell, Nebraska.
     Holechek-Bondegard Funeral Home & Cremations in Chappell, Nebraska is serving the Wilkinson family.
     Mary was born in Chappell, Nebraska to Earl & Beth Armes.  She was married three times to Clarence Rundquist, Harvey Arnold, and Myron Wilkinson.
     Mary had many jobs in her lifetime.  She was a very good waitress for several cafes in the area and a manager cook at the Chappell Schools.  Mary & her husband, Myron, were custom harvesters for most of their marriage.  When they moved to Haxtun, Colorado, she delivered prescriptions around Haxtun and the surrounding areas.  This was her favorite job because she liked to talk to everyone.
     She was preceded in death by her parents; her sister, Dorothy Mick; brother, Williams Armes; her husband, Myron Wilkinson; son, Jim Rundquist; and grandson, Chris Rundquist.
     Mary is survived by her children, Bruce (Janice) Rundquist of Huston, Texas and Regina (Bob) Gardner of Chappell, Nebraska.
