Judith “Judy” Kathleen Loghry, age 75, of McCook, NE passed away on Wednesday, February 1, 2023.
Judy was born January 11, 1948 in McCook to parents Johnny and Evelyn (Smith) Haag. She was one of seven siblings and attended school in McCook, graduating from McCook High School with the Class of 1966.
On December 18, 1974 Judy married William “Bill” Loghry in McCook where the couple made their home and were blessed with five children.
Over the years Judy’s greatest joy came from spending time with her family. She put her artistic ability to work decorating cakes in the Walmart Bakery for over twenty years.
Judy was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Johnny (Jackie) Haag; and brother in law, Duane Childs.
Those left to celebrate her memory include husband, Bill Loghry of McCook; sons, Stuart (Shonda) Grant, Bill (LeAnn) Loghry and Jacob (Elizabeth) Loghry, all of Omaha, NE; daughters, Kimberly (Tom) Mosher of Minneapolis, MN and Andrea Loghry of McCook; sisters, Jackie Miller of McCook, Joyce (Bob) Zachary of Holdrege, NE, Jane Childs of Hastings, NE, Jeri (Gill) Bancroft of Omaha and Jill (Mike) Morgan of Monroe, NE; ten grandchildren and a host of extended family members and friends.
