NORTH PLATTE, Neb. — The City of North Platte Water Department has announced that North Jefferson Avenue will be closed between West 5th and West 6th Streets beginning Monday, October 7th, for emergency water repairs.
The closure will remain in place until the project is complete. No thru traffic will be allowed during construction, and drivers are encouraged to use alternate routes.
Motorists are asked to use caution around the construction zone and to observe all posted signs for the safety of both workers and the public.
The Water Department thanked residents in advance for their patience and cooperation as crews work to complete the repairs safely and efficiently.
