
NORTH PLATTE, Neb. — North Platte Community College will celebrate its 60th anniversary with a community birthday bash Sept. 14th.
The event will run from noon to 4 p.m. at the NPCC South Campus Pavilion, 601 W. State Farm Road. Formal remarks are scheduled for 1 p.m., followed by live music from NPCC alumnus Rascal Martinez from 2 to 4 p.m.
Organizers said the celebration will feature cake, campus tours and family-friendly activities in a festive atmosphere.
The milestone marks six decades of the college serving students and the wider North Platte community.
