Valarie K. "Val" Thompson, age 71, of Kearney, Nebraska, formerly of North Platte, Nebraska, passed away on Sunday, December 6, 2020 at Kearney Regional Medical Center in Kearney.
Memorial services will be on Thursday, December 10, 2020 at 10:30 a.m. at New Life Church in Kearney. Pastor Roger Wendt will officiate and a private family burial will be held at a later date at Fort McPherson National Cemetery near Maxwell, nebraska.
