Kenneth Eugene "Ken" Dixon, age 64, of North Platte, Nebraska passed away on March 29, 2021 at Great Plains Health. He was born on march 31, 1956 in Fort Morgan, Colorado to Ernest & Wilma (Hoosier) Dixon.
Kenneth married Ruth Liptrap, and to this union two children were born: Eugene and Peggy. He worked various jobs including a drilling company and a delivery driver for Ideal Linen. Kenneth liked fishing and loved to watch wrestling, NASCAR, and football.
Survivors include his wife, Ruth Dixon, of North Platte, Nebraska; daughter, Peggy (Augie Tarango) Dixon of North Platte, Nebraska; sisters, Beverly (David) Clark of North Platte, Nebraska and Fonda Dixon of North Platte, Nebraska; and many friends and extended family.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and his son, Eugene Dixon.
Cremation was chosen. Services will be held on Monday, April 5, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at Riverview Cemetery near Sutherland, Nebraska. Adams & Swanson Funeral Home in North Platte, Nebraska is assisting the family with arrangements.
