North Platte, Neb. - The North Platte Opportunity Center is hosting a $1 bag sale at its New Opportunity Thrift Store. The sidewalk sale that is located on the west side of the building will be $1 for the clothing that is outside. All clothing that is inside will remain at $4. The sale began at 9:00am and will last until 11:30am.
