The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Department is asking for the public’s help in locating the following individuals with outstanding warrants:

Nguot A. Nguot, 33 — Three warrants: Failure to appear — domestic assault, third degree (causing bodily injury); failure to pay — assault (causing bodily injury); failure to pay — disturbing the peace.

Jeremy J. Zachary, 37 — One warrant: Violation of probation — attempted Class IV felony (methamphetamine).

Rick P. Reeves, 56 — Eight warrants: Possession of a firearm by a prohibited person (habitual criminal); attempted Class IV felony (possession of a firearm, habitual criminal); burglary (habitual criminal); operating a motor vehicle to avoid arrest (felony); possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine, habitual criminal); failure to appear — theft (shoplifting); failure to appear — theft (shoplifting, second offense); failure to appear — theft by unlawful taking.

Alex R. Bowman, 33 — One warrant: Leaving the scene of an accident — failure to furnish information.

Demyer C. Burnett, 45 — One warrant: Assault (threatening/menacing manner); failure to appear or comply with citation.

David A. Franklin, 39 — Two warrants: Fugitive from justice/prior government warrant; violation of stop or yield sign; possession/consumption of alcohol in open container — failure to appear or comply with citation.

Bryan S. Werkmeister, 54 — Two warrants: Domestic assault (intentional bodily injury — intimate partner); child abuse (negligent); resisting arrest (first offense).

Jessica R. Castor, 31 — One warrant: Failure to appear — DUI (drugs).

Kennisan Pelaez, 31 — Two warrants: Failure to appear — DUI; resisting arrest; failure to appear — leaving the scene of an accident (failure to furnish information).

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of these individuals is encouraged to contact the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Department. Tips may be reported anonymously.

All individuals are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
