
Warrants Issued for Nine Individuals
The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office released its latest “Most Wanted” list on Sept. 11, highlighting nine individuals sought on outstanding warrants. Authorities are asking the public’s help in locating the following people:
- Tonia R. Barr, 50 — Wanted for failure to appear on charges of unauthorized use of a transaction device and driving under suspension before reinstatement.
- Steven R. Anderson, 45 — Wanted for failure to pay on a charge of third-degree domestic assault, accused of causing bodily injury.
- Misty C. Hawley, 42 — Wanted for probation violation tied to the attempt of a class 4 felony.
- Marissa M. Kinlin, 21 — Wanted for failure to pay on an assault charge involving bodily injury.
- Cristy A. Dike, 48 — Wanted on two warrants for failure to pay, attempt of a class 4 felony, possession of methamphetamine, and no proof of insurance.
- Shane M. Hermes — Wanted for probation violation connected to the attempt of a serious felony, as well as being a felon in possession of a firearm.
- Rikki J. Holmes-Sanchez, 40 — Wanted on a charge of delivering, dispensing, distributing, manufacturing, or possessing an exceptionally hazardous drug.
- James G. Horn, 36 — Wanted on two warrants for second-degree forgery involving $500 to $1,500, obstruction of a peace officer, possession of marijuana, and possession or use of drug paraphernalia.
- Ross L. Rivera, 32 — Wanted on two warrants for failure to appear on charges of third-degree domestic assault involving a pregnant woman, and possession of a firearm by a prohibited person.
