NORTH PLATTE, Neb. — The City of North Platte has partnered with JEO Consulting Group Inc. to conduct a comprehensive inventory of public trees across city-owned property.
The project, which began July 14 and will continue through September, aims to document the health, structural integrity, and precise location of each tree. The inventory will also include an assessment of potential hazards and environmental impacts associated with individual trees.
Work will begin in city parks before expanding to other public areas, including rights-of-way. The inventory team will be active during daytime hours, Monday through Friday.
