
Kimberly Duggan, age 56, passed away surrounded by family at her home north of Dickens, NE, on December 7, 2021.
Kimberly was born to Eldon and Sharon (Wetzel) Ford on April 27, 1965,
at Sabetha, KS. The family lived in Fairview, KS, until moving to North
Platte in 1972. She attended school in North Platte then art school in
Denver, CO.
Kimberly returned to Nebraska and ranched at Dickens, Paxton and
Keystone. She married Doyle Wayne Duggan on June 18, 1988, in North
Platte and they made their home on the ranch north of Dickens.
Kimberly was confirmed at and was a member of the Wallace United
Methodist Church. She was a great cook, a good artist who enjoyed
drawing, and she had a green thumb. Kimberly was a great wife and
mother and a wonderful mamaw.
She was preceded in death by her father, Eldon Ford; and daughter,
Cortney Duggan.
Kimberly is survived by her husband, Doyle, of Dickens; children, Jacob
(Luci) Duggan, of Hershey and Madalyn Duggan, of North Platte; her
mother, Sharon Dinges, of Ocella, FL; brother, Rodney Ford, and sister,
Traci (Kurt) Robertson, of Peru, NE; grandchildren, Alayna, Kaiden,
Silest, Olivia, Averie, Elliot and Darren; as well as other family.
Celebration of Life will be 1 p.m. on Monday, December 13, 2021, at
Odean Colonial Chapel with Pastor Mark Baldwin officiating. The memorial book may be signed online at odeanchapel.com or prior to the service at Odean Colonial Chapel at C & Sycamore.
