NORTH PLATTE, Neb.-The Lincoln County Courthouse is 100 years old, and residents are invited to a celebration this Wednesday.
The 100 Year Celebration at the Courthouse, 301 N. Jeffers, will be from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., and there will be something for everyone.
The event will feature live music, ice cream, kids games, bounce houses, a hot air balloon, balloon animals, and courthouse tours.
Souvenir t-shirts, commemorative coins, and temporary body art will be available to purchase.
Shuttle service will be provided, due to limited parking, from the Federal Building, 300 E. 3rd St, and First Evangelical Lutheran Church at 5th and Sycamore Streets.
The event is free.
