One of the grandest holiday traditions for North Platte and area families is riding the rides and seeing the lights at Cody Park, oh, and maybe a little hot cocoa and ice cream too!
Cody Park Rides and Concessions will open on Saturday, November 28 with a lighting ceremony at 6:00 pm.
Officials say the rides and concession stand will be open on Saturday and Sunday from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
And because we love ice cream, their featured flavors will be peppermint and chocolate and pumpkin pie and toasted marshmallow. Of course the good old-fashioned chocolate and vanilla will be available as well.
