NORTH PLATTE, Neb.-A North Platte man has been arrested on allegations he had sexual contact with a juvenile.
Police said on July 9, a report was made alleging sexual contact between Michael Davy, 31, and a juvenile.
Police said an investigation was conducted, including interviewing the alleged victim at Bridge of Hope Child Advocacy Center.
Police said based on information obtained during the investigation, probable cause was established to arrest Davy on suspicion of 1st-degree sexual assault of a child.
Davy was taken into custody on July 12 and jailed at the Lincoln County Detention Center.
The investigation is ongoing.
