DCSO Media Release

On or about November 7, 2025, Dawson County Sheriff's Office investigators arrested 50-year-old Glenn W. Morgan III of McCook, Ne for suspicion of Solicitation of Prostitution in Dawson County.
The arrest stems from a prostitution investigation where messages were received by investigators from Morgan III, and ultimately, a predetermined meeting location was agreed upon by all parties involved. Many of the messages received consisted of financial price negotiations in order for Morgan III to receive sexual gratification. Morgan III met with investigators at the predetermined location, where he was taken into custody without incident and housed at the Dawson County Jail.
This is an ongoing investigation and anyone with additional information is encouraged to contact the Dawson County Sheriff's Office, Sergeant Shane Monthey at 308-324-3011
Court records show that Glenn W. Morgan III was previously convicted of solicitation of prostitution, a Class I misdemeanor, in Furnas County District Court in 2013. Judge Anne Paine presided over the case, where Morgan entered a plea of no contest, was found guilty, waived all rights to a trial, and was sentenced to 18 months of probation and a $400 fine plus court costs.
