The City of North Platte Street and Water Departments will close West Philip Avenue between Union Avenue and Spruce Street beginning Monday, September 21, for utility and road repairs.
The closure will remain in effect until the project is complete. No through traffic will be allowed, and drivers will need to use alternate routes and follow posted detours.
Motorists are asked to use caution around the construction area and observe all signs for the safety of workers and the public.
