NORTH PLATTE, Neb -&nbsp;Miss Teen Rodeo Nebraska 2023 Maci Cox.&nbsp;Maci Cox is the 17-year-old daughter of Josh and Jennifer Cox of North Platte, NE. Maci will be a senior at St. Patrick’s Catholic Schools where she is involved in basketball, volleyball, track, high school rodeo, and 4-H. She is also on the high honor roll, active in SAINTS leadership, and a member of NHS.
