Judy married Lyman Sawyer on September 28, 1962, and to this union, they had a daughter, Lori.
Judy married William (Bill) Stone on January 27, 1968, and to this union, they added three boys, Jerry, Brad, and Ted.
Judy was always a mother first, a wife, a hog farmer, and a property manager/landlord. She kept her mind strong with daily crossword puzzles, sudoku, word finds, and jigsaw puzzles. She will be remembered by her friends and family as having a love for arts and crafts and many sewing projects over the years. Judy had a special love of painting with her beloved group of paint friends which created many paintings displayed at her home and at her family’s homes. Judy dedicated many years of volunteering at the Salvation Army, reading with school children, and at the Lincoln County Historical Museum.
Judy was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church for over 50 years, having served as treasurer, teaching Sunday School, tending to the little ones in the nursery, and helping with vacation bible school.
Judy’s greatest joy was her family. She treasured each of them dearly!
