Theresa Louise Sejkora, age 70, of North Platte, Nebraska died December 23, 2020 at her home. She was born on March 31, 1950 in Ogallala, Nebraska to Gilbert and Alma (Arensdorf) Walz. She graduated from Ogallala High School in 1968. She married Richard Sejkora and to this union two children were born, Roxann and William “B.J.”. The couple lived in several places and Theresa moved to North Platte, Nebraska in 1977.
She worked at Linden Manor for several years and has been currently working as a dietary aide at Centennial Park Retirement Center. Theresa will be remembered as a giving and kind person. She enjoyed taking care of others and working with the residents at Centennial Park. Theresa had a love for fill-it-in puzzles. She also was very spiritual and had a strong faith.
Survivors include her children, Roxann Sejkora of North Platte, Nebraska and William “B.J.” Sejkora of Cheyenne, Wyoming; granddaughters, Janacia, Laraya, and Allenea Sejkora; siblings, Bev Walz, Connie (Craig) Palic, and James Walz; several other family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and grandparents, Joe and Theresa Arensdorf; and in-laws, Jerry and Martha Sejkora.

Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00 a.m. Tuesday December 29, 2020 at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in North Platte, Nebraska with the Rev. Jon Sorensen as celebrant. Visitation will be Sunday from 12-4 at Adams & Swanson Funeral Home in North Platte. Burial will be at Floral Lawns Memorial Gardens south of North Platte, NE. Adams & Swanson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
