 </figure>SEDGWICK COUNTY — Law enforcement authorities are&nbsp;investigating a weekend shooting that killed a 17-year-old identified as Valincio Hill of Wichita and injured a 41-year-old woman.Just after 8:3o p.m. on Sunday, police responded to a shooting at a residence in the 1600 block of South Water in Wichita, according to officer Charley Davidson.&nbsp; Upon arrival, officers located Hill and the woman who had been shot.&nbsp; Both victims were taken to an area hospital for medical treatment.&nbsp; Hill died&nbsp; and the woman victim remains hospitalized in stable condition, according to Davidson.The investigation revealed several individuals were at the home on Water, including Hill and the female victim.&nbsp; Unknown suspects approached the home on foot and fired multiple shots from the street, striking the victims and surrounding property.&nbsp;This was not a random incident, and a lack of all cooperation in this investigation has affected investigators from learning all the details of this case.
