The first youth summer sign-up day is scheduled from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. April 11 at the North Platte Recreation Center, 1300 McDonald Road.

There will be approximately 20 organizations at the event to answer questions about summer youth programs.

The event is sponsored by&nbsp;Mid-Plains Community College, North Platte Public Schools Foundation, the North Platte Telegraph and the North Platte Recreation Center.
