North Platte, NE-  NebraskaLand Bank is proud to announce its recognition as the recipient of the 2024 Small Business, Corporate Community Volunteer, Step Forward Award, presented by Serve Nebraska and Governor Pillen. This prestigious honor celebrates the bank's unwavering commitment to community service and highlights the significant impact of its volunteer programs.

The award, a testament to NebraskaLand Bank's dedication to enhancing local communities, was graciously accepted by Sen. Mike Jacobson, President & CEO. "Receiving the 2024 Step Forward Award for Corporate Community Volunteerism is an incredible honor. It pays tribute to our amazing team members who tirelessly contribute to what NebraskaLand Bank stands for. Representing their efforts is both a privilege and a joy," said Jacobson.

Ty Lucas, Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer, expressed his gratitude as well. "Attending the annual banquet in Omaha and being recognized with this award was a privilege. Volunteering is integral to NebraskaLand Bank's culture. In 2023 alone, the bank supported 284 organizations, donated $302,719, and recorded 2,105 volunteer hours by serving 79 organizations.
