We are asking for the public's help in locating 17 year old Sara Smith.&nbsp; &nbsp;Smith was last seen in the 300 Block of North Sheridan around 4 p.m., on June 20th.&nbsp; &nbsp;Smith was reported as being 5'07", 220 lbs with brown eyes and brown hair. Smith was last seen wearing a green shirt, jean shorts, and black/white Vans shoes.&nbsp; &nbsp;Smith's hair was dyed blue at the time she went missing.
