                        <li>Please have your carts in place at 6:30 a.m., Tuesday, February 18, to avoid being missed.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>

                        <li>All refuse needs to be in the city provided containers and the lids must be closed. No bags or trash on the ground.&nbsp;</li>

                        <li>The transfer station will be closed on Monday, February 17, in observance of President’s Day. It will reopen Tuesday, February 18, with regular hours of 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.&nbsp;</li>
