City of North Platte wants to remind residents about the use of political signs

The City of North Platte reminds all citizens:

Political signs must comply with the Code of Ordinances, City of North Platte, Section 154.060 Note 15 (b) (Temporary) EXEMPT as follows:

Political campaign signs must NOT be placed on any city, county, or state right-of-way.

City Building Inspection personnel will remove political signs, if placed on right-of-way.

**Please place signs behind the sidewalk to be off right-of-way.
