NORTH PLATTE, Neb.-The North Platte St. Patrick's Irish are the 2021 Boys State Golf champions in Class D.
The Irish entered the tournament at North Platte's Lake Maloney Golf Course as the favorite and they didn't disappoint.
The Irish finished with a tournament-low 316 on Wednesday and took the championship by more than 52 strokes with a 645.
Connor Hasenauer, Teegan Sonneman and Matt Phelps all won individual medals as well.
Mullen's Brendan Walker was the Class D individual champion with a 146.
