
Jaunita E. Ady, 64, of North Platte, NE passed away peacefully on Friday, July 8, 2022 at her home surrounded by her loving family.
She was born on March 22, 1958 in Harper, Kansas the daughter of Howard I. and Evelyn (Hardy) Ady.
Jaunita attended North Platte High School and worked for over 22 years as a cashier with the North Platte Wal-Mart. She adored her grandchildren and loved to spoil them whenever she had the chance.
Those left to cherish Jaunita’s memory are her daughters, Kerry (Christopher) Roth of North Platte, Misty (Rick) Brown of North Platte, and Heather (Eric) Welch of Hershey; grandchildren, Calvin Parrett, Jolynn Welch, Nevaeh Brown, and Charlie Brown; great-grandchildren, Danny and Leia Parrett; brothers, Howard (Kim) Ady of Sutherland, John (Natalie) Ady of North Platte, Jim (Sam) Ady of North Platte, Bill (Jackie) Ady of Omaha and Keith Ady of Omaha; and a plethora of nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents Howard and Evelyn.
Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, July 15, 2022 at Carpenter Memorial Chapel with Pastor Anne Durboraw officiating. Private burial will be held at a later date. The memorial book will be available to sign from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 14th at Carpenter Memorial Chapel, which has been entrusted with the arrangements.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to brain cancer research.
