Kearney, Neb. – The basketball games between Nebraska Kearney and Fort Hays State scheduled for Jan. 7 in Kansas have been postponed.
The long-time rivals will now meet Feb. 26 (Wed.) in Gross Memorial Coliseum with tip times set for 5:30 p.m. (women) and 7:30 p.m. (men). Three days later (March 1) on the final day of regular season play, the teams meet again in the Health & Sports Center.
The UNK women are currently 10-3 (3-1 MIAA) with the men 4-8 (2-2 MIAA). Both teams are at Emporia State on Saturday night for their only games of the week.
