
NORTH PLATTE, Neb.-Great Plains Health is proud to now offer expert consultations and ongoing care for patients with complex and chronic gastrointestinal conditions with triple board-certified and fellowship trained, gastroenterologist Dr. Jeffrey Cloud.
The clinic opened in August and is located at Great Plains Health General Surgery, Centennial Park Medical Building, 500 West Leota, Suite 120, North Platte, NE 69101. Dr. Cloud will be holding clinic days in North Platte on a monthly basis.

Dr. Cloud is board-certified in Internal Medicine, Infectious Diseases and Gastroenterology. He attended medical school at U.T. Southwestern Medical School, Dallas, TX, and residency at Parkland Hospital / U.T. Southwestern, Dallas, TX. Dr. Cloud also completed fellowships in infectious disease at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Boston, MA, and in gastroenterology at Univ. of Virginia Medical Center, Charlottesville, VA.
Complex conditions being treated include colon polyps, Crohn’s disease, diverticulosis, GERD (gastroesophageal reflux disease), irritable bowel syndrome, liver and biliary disease and rectal bleeding and ulcerative colitis
