The board will also take up a protest regarding the determination of taxability filed by Mid Plains Community College.
The commissioners will reconvene at 9:30 a.m. to consider a subdivision application tied to Prairie View Acres 3rd Subdivision, located at 291 East Old Barn Road. The request involves property in an R-2 Urban Density Residential District.
At 9:35 a.m., a public hearing is scheduled for a liquor license application from Fast Stop 1151 Inc. in Hershey. Commissioners will consider whether to recommend approval of a Class D beer, wine, and spirits off-sale license to the Nebraska Liquor Control Commission.
Later in the morning, the board will receive and consider bids for asphaltic concrete paving tied to a county road project. Additional agenda items include discussion of the Make It Click Nebraska Office of Highway Safety grant running from May 15 through May 31, and an interlocal agreement for a Veterans Service Officer shared with Logan County.
The agenda also allows for a possible closed session if needed for legal, personnel, or real estate matters. The meeting will conclude with reports from elected officials, department heads, and committee members.
