(Old Post) North Platte, Ne - The Interstate has been closed Tuesday afternoon in both directions, as has Highway 30 to all traffic except emergency vehicles because of severe weather. Blizzard conditions have produced poor visibility causing many incidents on the roads. Highway 23 west of Grant is also currently closed.
