Russell Dale Buczek was born December 20, 1955, in Ogallala, Nebraska, to Della Marie (Priest) and Frank Joseph Buczek.
Russ grew up in the Denver, Colorado, area and attended Denver East High School.
Russ was a local carpenter, specializing in home improvement. He was a member of the Eagles Club in Imperial, where he was employed as a cook.
Russ enjoyed fishing, cooking, and acquiring antiques and collectables. He especially loved spending time with his family.
Russ passed away at his home in Imperial, NE, on October 6, 2022. He was 66 years of age.

Graveside inurnment service will be held Saturday morning, July 22, 2023, 10:30 a.m. (MT), at Hamlet Cemetery, Hamlet, NE, with a celebration of life to follow at 1:00 p.m. (MT), at the Imperial VFW Hall, Imperial, NE.
