Dec. 21 has been declared "Helen Iossi Day" in the City of Alliance.&nbsp;

On Monday morning, Dec. 21 Alliance Mayor Mike Dafney declared today "Helen Iossi Day". 

Dafney called into the popular Open Mic Program on AM 1400/92.5FM KCOW and read the City Proclamation. You can read it below.&nbsp;
