More citations issued in vandalism of North Platte's Indian Meadows Golf Course

Law enforcement authorities have made more arrests in connection with the vandalism of Indian Meadows Golf Course in North Platte.

The Lincoln County Sheriff's Office said the investigation to the Indian Meadows Golf Course continues, further arrests have been made. Investigators have been working on the case since the beginning and have conducted at least twenty different interviews and they continue to do so, according to authorities.

Authorities said, as of today, four additional citations have been issued to juveniles who participated in the intentional destruction of Indian Meadows Golf Course and property.

The juveniles include a fifteen-year-old male from North Platte. A fourteen-year-old male, a fifteen-year-old male, and a seventeen-year-old male all from Sutherland.

It appears the Sutherland juveniles were summoned to the scene after the first group had left. They arrived with one of the original degenerates to destroy more property.

All juveniles were issued citations for felony criminal mischief and released to their parents.

As of now, the estimated damage is $58,000.00. The investigation continues.

NORTH PLATTE, Neb.-An arrest has been made in the vandalism investigation at Indian Meadows Golf Course. 

On August 3, 2021 at 7:30 a.m., Deputies responded to Indian Meadows Golf Course just west of North Platte, NE. An early morning golfer advised several golf carts were damaged as well as the course.

Deputies surveyed the area and each cart finding nine carts were damaged from completely totaled to minor damage. Preliminary costs to repair the carts and golf course could run up to $50,000.00.

Through physical evidence left by the suspects and homeowners around the area, it appears multiple suspects were involved in the damage. Deputies are working on numerous leads to the case and it is very likely the case will be solved. UPDATE

On August 5, 2021, arrests were made in connection with the above case. The first subject was a fourteen-year-old male North Platte resident. Because of his juvenile status, the subject was issued a citation for Felony Criminal Mischief and released to his parents.

Deputies arrested eighteen-year-old Brocklynn Little of North Platte, NE. Mr. Little was also charged with Felony Criminal Mischief, he was placed in the Lincoln County Detention Center. A third North Platte male juvenile will be arrested next week as he is currently out of town.

The investigation in this matter continues and additional charges may be added to all subjects.
