Rusty William Foster, 29 of North Platte, NE died March 26, 2024 near Caraway, AR as a result of a motor vehicle accident. 

He was born on April 25, 1994 in Valentine, NE to William E. and Rosemary (Ramon) Foster.  Rusty attended Gering Public Schools and later graduated from North Platte High School in 2012.  He began working at the Walmart Distribution Center in North Platte and continued until 2023.  He also worked at Fat Dogs Convenience stores before moving to Turrell, AR with special friend and her daughter in February.  Rusty married Delta (Elsasser) Morrow on February 27, 2015.

Rusty was a social butterfly and influenced many people throughout his life. Rusty enjoyed fishing with his uncles, spending time with his children, cars, computer gaming, cooking, and his family and friends.

Survivors include his wife, Delta Foster of North Platte, children, Sylas Forbes-Foster, Mathis Foster, and Everitt Foster, all of North Platte; parents, William (Angie) Foster of Osceola, NE and Rosemary (Shane) Burney of Arizona; bonus dads, John Moreno of California and Juan Martinez of Gering, NE; siblings, Dominic (Jenifer) Foster of Pierre, SD, April Foster (Preston Miller) , Lisa Moreno, Joslyn Moreno and bonus step brothers, all of Scottsbluff, NE, Joshua Peterson of Kearney, NE and Bailey Foster (Taylor Paugh) of Lincoln, NE; grandparents, Elida (Edward) Estrada of Texas and Larry (Barb) Meyer of Riverdale, NE; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and many friends.  
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Earl “Bud” W. and Nancy (Orris) Foster; and cousin, Vincent Sanchez III.  

A memorial has been established in his memory and online condolences and live stream of the service will be at www.adamsswanson.com.

Memorial services will be at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday April 3, 2024 at the Harvest Christian Fellowship with the Rev. Jeremy Rinke. Lunch will be served following the service.  Adams & Swanson Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
