NORTH PLATTE — The stage was shining, and the competition was fierce during Night One of the Miss Nebraska Pageant, held Thursday evening at North Platte High School. Contestants from across the state dazzled the crowd during the preliminary rounds, with winners crowned in both the Miss and Teen divisions.
In the Talent competition, the Teen title went to Cora Frans, who impressed the judges with her standout performance. In the Miss division, a tie brought double the excitement as Alayna Wilson and Jacee Pfiefer both took home top honors for their talents.
In the Evening Gown category, grace and poise were on full display. Ella-Kathryn Anderson earned the win in the Teen division, while Makinzie Gregory claimed the title in the Miss division.
The pageant continues Friday evening and will conclude with the highly anticipated finals on Saturday at 6 p.m. at North Platte High School. The public is invited to attend and cheer on these remarkable young women as they continue their journey toward the crown.
