 </figure>NORTH PLATTE, Neb.-The COVID-19 Community Risk Dial moved from a 2.0 up to a 2.12 this week, according to the West Central District Health Department, which remains
within the elevated risk level. Officials say there were changes in the following
variables that contributed to the movement in the dial:We had decreases in the following

	</li><li>Measure ID R7: Community Spread
</li>
