Cornhole has taken the nation by storm and has also become a fun and extremely popular way to raise money for good causes.

Area cornholers will not only be able to show off their bag tossing skills but will be supporting the Lincoln County Law Enforcement Memorial.

The cornhole tournament to benefit the Memorial will be held on Saturday, April 3 at the Ramada by Wyndham and Sandhills Convention Center in North Platte, beginning at 10:30 am.

Entry fees to participate are $40 for doubles and $20 for singles with a 50 percent payout for the top three places.

Organizers say there will also be an Airmail Challenge and raffle items.

To register, send a message to the 308 Cornhole Facebook page or the Lincoln County Law Enforcement Memorial Page. The registration deadline is April 1.

All proceeds benefit the Lincoln County Law Enforcement Memorial, located at Iron Horse Park.
