A replica of the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier will be making an appearance in North Platte from July 31 to August 1.

The replica will be brought in by horse-drawn carriage from the 20th Century Veterans Memorial to Buffalo Bill State Historical Park on July 31 at 8:30 a.m. and will be displayed at the park until August 1.

The exhibit will be open to the public from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m with a wreath-laying every hour; with carnations available for purchase.&nbsp;
