&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Rickey Lavern Coon, age 63, passed away on December 9, 2020.&nbsp; Rick as born on March 22, 1957 to Robert and Ann Coon.&nbsp; He proudly served in the United States Navy from 1976 to 1981. &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;He married Ruth, and to that marriage one son, Nathan, was born.&nbsp; On June 4, 1998, he married Brenda Vinyard.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Rick enjoyed being on his boat and going fishing. &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Rick is survived by his wife, Brenda; his son, Nathan (Natalie) Coon; stepsons Ryan Clouse, Nolan (Tamra) Clouse, Justin (Jocelyn) and Jorius Grabbingbear; step-daughter, Emmah Clouse; brothers Ronald, Rodney and Hunter; a sister, Rhonda; and a good friend, Linda Hawley. &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Rick was preceded in death by his father, mother and step-father. &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Cremation was chosen.&nbsp; Burial will be at 9:30 a.m. on Monday, June 28, 2021 at Fort McPherson National Cemetery.&nbsp; Govier Brothers Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
