A North Platte man has been sentenced to two years of probation for possession of a stolen firearm in Lincoln County District Court.
Isaiah Nunnenkamp, 19, was sentenced Monday by District Judge Michael Piccolo after pleading guilty on Nov. 17, 2025, to possessing or receiving a stolen firearm.
One of the conditions of Nunnenkamp’s probation is that he must obtain his GED.
Nunnenkamp was arrested on Dec. 2, 2024, in the 800 block of South Bare Street after police responded to a report of a missing juvenile and a possible burglary of a detached garage.
According to court records, officers found two female juveniles inside the home, along with Dilan Martinez and Nunnenkamp, who were both 18 at the time.
As officers searched the area, Martinez and Nunnenkamp fled on foot. Police later determined that alcohol and a .357 magnum revolver were missing from the detached garage.
Nunnenkamp and Martinez were located later that night near West Parkland Estates and Bare Avenue. Police found Nunnenkamp in possession of the stolen revolver, which was identified by the owner.
