NORTH PLATTE, Neb.-Officials with the West Central District Health Department reported 16 new positive cases in the WCDHD Jurisdiction on Monday.
Officials say all cases are from Lincoln County.
According to WCDHD four cases are community spread, one case is a close contact and 11 cases are under investigation.
Three cases are from September 11, four cases are from September 12, eight cases are from September 13, and one case is from today, according to WCDHD.
After further investigation, one case previously identified as a resident of the WCDHD jurisdiction was transferred to the appropriate health department.
