North Platte, Neb. - The Lincoln County Board of Commissioners will convene Monday, November 17, 2025, at 9 a.m. in the Commissioners Room at the Lincoln County Courthouse, with a livestream available on the county’s YouTube channel.
The board will begin by reviewing minutes from the November 10 meeting before moving into routine business, including claims, treasurer’s receipts, and right-of-way applications submitted by Spectrum/Charter and Dawson Public Power District.
At 9:15 a.m., commissioners will recess and reconvene as the Board of Equalization. During that session, officials will consider minutes from the previous meeting, certificates of correction, and tax list corrections submitted by the County Assessor. The board will also address tax list matters involving property owner Cindy Daves, including corrections for years prior to 2022 and for tax years 2022, 2023, and 2024. After completing equalization business, commissioners will return to their regular agenda.
At 9:30 a.m., the board will take up two subdivision applications. One request comes from Fredrich and Colleen Wahl for Prairie View Estates 2nd Administrative Subdivision on East Blue Stem Lane. The other is an application from Raymond and Darice Sundstrom concerning the Clemmons Subdivision near South Highlands Drive. Both items will be reviewed with potential action to follow.
Following those discussions, commissioners will consider a Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over grant proposal at 9:45 a.m. and then review an agreement with Oak Creek Engineering for fracture-critical bridge inspections scheduled for 2025. A series of interlocal agreements with the City of North Platte will follow, including arrangements for emergency management services, network services, and road maintenance, beginning at 10 a.m. and continuing through 10:30 a.m.
At 10:45 a.m., the board is set to review a resolution outlining rules and regulations governing Lincoln County Board meetings. The agenda also allows for a closed session if deemed necessary to discuss litigation strategy, real estate matters, security planning, or personnel evaluations. The meeting will conclude with updates from elected officials, department heads, and commissioners.
