
The North Platte Community College Theater Department will present “The Haunting of Hill House” Oct. 29–31 in the McDonald-Belton Theater on the NPCC South Campus, 601 W. State Farm Rd., North Platte. Showtimes are 7:30 p.m. Oct. 29 and 30, and 5 p.m. Oct. 31.
Based on Shirley Jackson’s classic novel and adapted by F. Andrew Leslie, this chilling play brings Hill House to life. When Dr. Montague invites a group of strangers to explore the mansion’s haunted halls, curiosity quickly turns to dread as the house begins to awaken.
As unexpected guests arrive and the house’s dark energy grows, Hill House draws its visitors into a night of fear, madness and deadly consequence.
The cast includes Gianna Tejral as Eleanor Vance, Ady Hastings as Theodora, Tyler Stewart as Luke Sanderson, Dustin Cartmill as Dr. Montague, Lexi Walker as Mrs. Dudley, Angel Chua as Mrs. Montague and Daniel Manning as Arthur Parker.
Admission is $5 per person. NPCC students, faculty, and staff are admitted free with ID.
