Smith began her banking career in 2018 as a teller and quickly advanced through various roles, demonstrating her commitment to excellence and professional growth. She was promoted to head teller in November 2020 before transitioning into the lending sector as a Loan Clerk in August 2021. Her rapid advancement continued with a promotion to Loan Processor in April 2023, followed by her role as Mortgage Loan Processor in November 2023 when she relocated from Grand Island to North Platte.
Throughout her career progression, Smith developed expertise in mortgage lending while building strong client relationships. She has become particularly skilled in working with first-time homebuyers, understanding the complexities and emotions involved in the home purchasing process.
