Patricia Stevens passed away at her home in North Platte on August 8, 2023, at the age of 79.
Patricia was born in Hennepin, MN, to Floyd and Doreen (Butler) Duffey on July 13, 1944, and grew up in Nebraska City. After graduating from Nebraska City High School, Patricia went on to graduate from the University of Nebraska. She worked as a lab tech in Omaha before moving to North Platte where she worked for Pathology Services until retiring.
Patricia was an active member of Episcopal Church of Our Savior and helped with many different church activities. She was also involved with Platter Painters and enjoyed gardening. In her younger days, Patricia liked to play tennis and softball. She will always be remembered for the love she had for her family.
Patricia was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Bill Duffey.
Survivors include her sons, Adam (Stephanie) Stevens of Kimball and Kevin Scott of Phoenix; grandchildren, Piper, Logan, Macey and Parker Stevens and Katelynne, Deirdre and Cassidy Scott; as well as other family and her friends.
