An Endangered Missing Advisory has been issued for Central Nebraska. The Aurora Police Department is attempting to locate Robert M. PROCTOR who is an 89 years old, white male, approximately 5’ 9" tall, approximately 145 pounds, with thin Gray hair. PROCTOR is missing from Aurora, Nebraska, and was last seen in Aurora on the afternoon of January 13, 2023.
PROCTOR is believed to be with his wife Loveda PROCTOR who is a 92 years old white female, 5'2 tall 180 lbs Blue eyes, Gray hair. It is believed that the PROCTORS are traveling in a blue 2007 Chrysler Pacifica (NE Navy license plate 1030) direction of travel unknown. Robert PROCTOR has dementia and needs blood pressure medication.
