Gerald J. 'Jerry' Kuklis of Cozad, Nebraska passed away Wednesday, October 14, 2020 at Cozad Community Hospital at the age of 69.
Memorials are suggested to Cozad Grand Generation Center.
Memorial book signing will be Monday, October 19, 2020 from 9 am to 5 pm at Berryman Funeral Home, 620 East 22nd Street in Cozad, Nebraska.
Cremation was chosen. A Memorial Service will be held Tuesday, October 20, 2020 at 10:30 am at the Berryman Funeral Home Chapel in Cozad. Inurnment at Cozad Cemetery.
