NPHS Alumni Volleyball player joins TAMUK staff

Volleyball has been a big part of Olivia Nicholson's life and now she moves from being on the court to helping coach. Nicholson was just named graduate assistant for the Texas A&M University at Kingsville Javelina squad. 
"Olivia comes from a very successful indoor program," Said head coach Tanya Allen. "She knows what it takes to be successful on the court. She's smart and has a lot of knowledge she can share with the team." 
Nicholson came to Kingsville and the beach volleyball program in 2021 after four years with Colorado State University. As a Ram, Nicholson helped win three Mountain West Conference Championships while taking Colorado State to four NCAA tournament appearances. In the spring of 2021 she was part of the Javelina beach team that reached the National Semifinal of the Small College beach Championships.
