GRANT, NEB - Over the weekend, The Perkins County Chamber of Commerce hosted a Drive-In Movie which featured the movie Top Gun: Maverick, which was released in May of 2022.
The free will donation event was held at the Perkins County Fairgrounds in Grant, Nebraska. The sound system was set up that it came in on FM transmitter, so folks could tune in 107.9 if they wanted to listen along in their car. There was also a PA System for folks who wanted to sit outside in a lawn chair.
The Perkins County Chamber of Commerce plans on showing a new movie every month with weather permitting. Concessions were available during the moving screening. The Perkins County Chamber of Commerce will announce next month's movie at a later date.
